In the following videos, we cover designing our boards with the aid of our 3 D software, to applying the deck sandwich and setting the final rocker.

- Designing with 3D software, cutting the EPS blank, CNC milling the bottom shape, and bottom sandwich preparation.

- Laminating the bottom sandwich, vacuum bagging the rocker stick, blank placement and CNC milling the deck shape.

- Checking and marking the shape of the blank, shaping the rails, marking the inserts for the placement of the internal reinforcements.

- Deck sandwich prep, material prep, lamination prep, applying the sandwich to the blank, and vacuuming down and setting the rocker.
